The Sensus L is designed to handle demanding, data-intensive tasks. Whether you’re fusing data from multiple sensors or processing information in real-time, the Sensus M delivers exceptional performance. Its unique design allows you to mount up to three large payloads with a total payload capacity of up to 18kg, making it an incredibly effective tool for data collection during a single mission.
Every aspect of the Sensus L is carefully crafted in-house at ISS Aerospace. The frame is made from a tough combination of 3D printed Nylon reinforced with carbon fiber, fiberglass, and Kevlar, ensuring both strength and lightweight durability. We use advanced manufacturing techniques, including Markforged 3D printing and machining, to create precision parts that are held together with aerospace-grade fasteners and materials, such as marine-grade stainless steel and aluminum.
The Sensus L is designed with flexibility in mind, offering a modular build that easily adapts to your specific operational needs. Payloads can be easily swapped between front and rear rails, ensuring uninterrupted access to payloads and data without sacrificing performance.
Whether you’re deploying heavy-duty survey equipment or lightweight surveillance sensors, the Sensus L delivers. Capable of carrying up to 18kg with Lithium Polymer batteries, it’s built to handle demanding payloads. The Central Payload ‘Donut System’ provides a large, secure mounting area for larger payloads, while additional front and rear payload options offer even more versatility.
